- Each $SUSAN buy and sell pays a fee into the pot.
- All lit, she spins.
- When the pot reaches 0.05 ETH, every bulb on the wheel is lit and Susan gives it a flick.
- Nobody picks the stock.
- The snapshot block’s hash picks it. Divide the hash by five and the remainder, 0 to 4, is the stock, in the order shown above. Anyone can check.
- Everyone at the table gets a cut.
- 90% of the pot buys the stock it landed on, split by how much $SUSAN each wallet held over the last 30 minutes. 10% buys $SUSAN and burns it.
- Seat minimum.
- Hold at least $20 of $SUSAN. Buying right before a spin doesn’t count, and pools and contracts don’t get a seat.
